The value for the money was excellent, with clean and spacious rooms that comfortably accommodated our group of 10. The location was great, with easy parking and a convenient Tesco express nearby. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made us feel welcome.
The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of cooking equipment, such as chopping knives, boards, and plates.

The decoration of the hotel was charming and sophisticated, with elegant furnishings and tasteful artwork throughout. I particularly enjoyed spending time in the hotel's cozy lounge area, which was perfect for relaxing and socializing with fellow guests. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was commendable, with well-lit hallways, easily navigable spaces, and helpful staff who were always on hand to assist. It made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
I would have appreciated a little more assistance from the children working there in terms of providing additional amenities or services specifically catered towards senior guests.

Spacious property with clean and fresh bedrooms, perfect for a romantic escape. Enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen for cooking our own meals. Convenient location close to city center, with easy parking and a nearby Tesco express for any last-minute needs.
The beds were sub-standard and the rooms felt cramped, making it feel more like a hostel than a romantic accommodation. The sloping roof in the upstairs toilet was inconvenient, making it impossible to use without sitting down.
